Greg Simnor
Senior Leader
Greg is the senior leader of The Rock and is very passionate about seeing all people come into a relationship with the Father, and being transformed on a daily basis through God's Spirit and truth. Greg's desire is to see God's people living from a Kingdom perspective which influences every sphere of life. Greg has been in the senior role since 2007 and has been on staff at The Rock since 2003. He is married to Danielle and they have two gorgeous girls, Maddeline and Lily. Greg is also a keen golfer and enjoys working out at the gym.

Kirk Beyer
Operational Leader
Kirk has grown up in the Rock and is proud to be a part of this family of believers. As the operations leader, Kirk oversees all of our volunteers who make up the different departments of the Rock. Kirk is passionate about equipping, enabling and empowering the body of Christ to function as it was designed to. Kirk and his wife Mel have a beautiful girl called Shilah Vine.

Noel Mendoza
Administration Manager
Noel came on board The Rock as our Administration Manager in August 2013. Hailing from the Philippines, he migrated with his family to Aotearoa New Zealand three years ago. After a long, productive career in technology with the Philippine government, Noel served as Chief Executive of a charitable trust in NZ that engages grassroots communities in ICT before sensing God’s call to serve in their new church family, The Rock. Noel is happily married to Virginia, and is blessed with children Praise and Andrew.

Rochelle Goring
Administrative Assistant
Rochelle was drawn to the Rock after hearing what God was doing here. A little over a year into her journey with this community, Rochelle was given the opportunity to serve the Rock in a practical manner. Rochelle is passionate about seeing God’s people released into the fullness of the freedom that He offers, it is this passion that drives her to use her administrative gifting to see this work accomplished.
